**  Please note that the cabins vary greatly in quality and appearance.  Our best effort will be made to make cabin assignments to meet each family’s needs.  Cabin availability, order of registration receipt, and special needs noted may affect cabin assignments.  The majority of cabins available are Silver Rated with 1 or 2 bedrooms renting at $55.00 per night.  There are very few Silver Rated 3 bedroom and Gold Rated 1 or 2 bedrooms cabins available.  There are only one or two Gold Rated 3 bedroom cabins available.  Keep this in mind when determining which cabin rating you request when registering.  **

Bronze Rated Cabin..... $45.00 per night - minimum standards ( Floor-safe and cleanable, kitchen table and chairs, sink with cold water, possibly hot, living room seating and table ware equivalent to sleeping capacity, sleeping areas, beds, mattresses of acceptable cleanliness, toilet, tp and holder, towel hangers in BR area, window covering in bed/ bathroom areas, at least one elec. outlet, one ceiling fixture or lamp per room, proper circuit protection, broom, dustpan, rags, vacuum cleaner - if needed, safe entryway, screen in usable condition, cabin skirted to discourage woodchucks, weather tight to rain, heat source in good repair, fan, smoke detector, refrigerator, cooking facility of at least two burners, hot pads, utensils, hanging and folded clothing storage - NO air-conditioning).

Silver Rated Cabin........$55.00 per night (1 or 2 bedrooms); $60.00 per night (3 bedrooms) - above standards plus sink with hot and cold water, shower and/or tub with hot and cold water, mattresses of acceptable quality, air-conditioning.

Gold Rated Cabin........$60.00 per night (1 or 2 bedrooms); $65.00 (3 bedrooms) - above standards plus hot and cold water in bath and kitchen, air conditioning, floor quality, interior decor

Camping..........$15.00 per Night - RVs @water/electric

Camping..........$25.00 per Night - RVs @ water/electric/sewer

Tent Camping (designated areas only).......$7.00 per Night
